What if I need to cancel a scheduled appointment?

For anything that's been scheduled please give us a 48-hour notice if possible. Deposits are non refundable if you do not contact us first within that time frame. 

Are E-Tunes refundable or any online purchases?

All digital purchases and sales are final, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Do you work on anything that comes your way?

Not always. If the work in question is something we aren't very proficient with then we will do our best to point you in the direction of a business that can get it taken care of.

What are your shop hours?

What if I can't pick my car up the day it gets done?

We give a 3-day grace period and then if your vehicle still is not picked up there is a $10 per day charge until it's moved.

If I call the shop, emailed and I still get no answer what should I do next?

Please be patient and we will get back to you as fast as we can with an answer.

Can I reschedule appointments?

Yes, please give us a heads up and some better available dates that work for you within 48 hours of your original appointment.

Is there a night drop off?

Not often, but of course there will be times where we can work with people on timing.

How long does fabrication work take?

Some projects can be done in 1 day, some may take months. We do our best to estimate when we think we can complete projects but we do ask that our clients be flexible on time. We take our time to do the work correctly and make it presentable.

Do you dispose of tires, oil and other fluids?

No, we do not.
