The internals of this short block have sustained 1000+whp on our flagship 370z. We also utilize a precision machined closed deck modification through our friends at Cylinder Support System to further stabilize the cylinders at high load. This also adds knock resistance with the CSS acting as a heat sink for the top of the cylinder where pressure and heat are at their highest. Every cylinder is precisely bored and honed with a torque plate to provide perfect skirt to wall clearance on the exact set of pistons used in every block. Both banks are machined to a mirror finish while removing the least amount of material possible to keep the cylinder head height close to factory specs when installed.
